Job DescriptionBrown Advisory, a rapidly growing investment management firm, is currently seeking a RFP Associate to assist with the completion and oversight of RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, and ad-hoc requests that procure new business and address the due diligence and reporting needs of clients.
The individual will join our Global Sales/ Service team and will be responsible for collaborating with various internal stakeholders to complete client questionnaires and ensure the data on Brown Advisory investment strategies are accurately maintained within the firms' internal RFP content databases.
Primary responsibility is to be focused on content and data management across global databases.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating and editing responses to client and prospect questionnaires by working closely with colleagues from different departments (Human Resources, Business Development, Compliance, Technology, Investments, etc) Maintaining up-to-date narratives and information (qualitative and quantitative) within third- party and consultant databases Focus on the quality of the content across global databases Develop an understanding of Brown Advisory's investment strategies and philosophy Providing peer- review to questionnaires and client requests to ensure accuracy and minimize errors/ mistakes Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required RFP experience preferred Experience with data analysis preferred Strong interest and understanding of investment strategies Detail- oriented, highly responsive, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and all levels of the organization Ability to project manage and manage timelines independently Ability to learn quickly and work independently, while also contributing to a team Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to address technical investment- oriented detail in a clear, concise and compelling manner BenefitsAt Brown Advisory we offer a competitive compensation package, including full benefits.
