9K a year The Assistant Project Manager helps Project Manager and Operations Teams develop, coordinate, implement, and manage all activities necessary to construct the project safely, within schedule and budget, and to the quality specified.
The Assistant Project Manager provides general administrative and technical skills needed for the project to run smoothly:
scheduling and attending project meetings, maintaining all project records and monitoring correspondence Maintain written correspondence with owner and consultants to document any items that affect the project budget, schedule or project quality Support Project Managers with different tasks Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders Participate in meetings with clients, subcontractors and other partners Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

years of progressive experience with a general contractor preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications preferred.
