Patient Access Supervisor- Practice Operations- Remote Opportunity

1.
Supervises a team(s) of Patient Access Specialists in daily activities to ensure pre-established metrics, targets, and goals are met consistently and efficiently.
2.
Analyzes the overall performance analysis reports (via electronic telephone system) and reports recommendations back to leadership based on findings.
3.
Assures orientation and training of all new hires and on-going of existing staff.
4.
Monitors service excellence and customer service internally and externally.
5.
Identifies, recommends, and supports the implementation of various programs for the improvement of the Access Center.
6.
Monitors time and attendance of Patient Access Specialists (to include management of overtime) and contributes to performance evaluations.
7.
Completes web referral requests along with executive requests.
8.
Completes mandatory employee health, workers compensation, HR processes, and other training and requirements in required timeframe to ensure compliance with all FPI rules and regulations.
Recommended Skills Customer Service Leadership Metrics Workers' Compensation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
