Job Description Grace is recruiting for future leaders interested in the manufacturing environment to join the Grace Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP).
The Program is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership and management potential and have a strong interest in the manufacturing field.
MLPs have the opportunity to learn about the many aspects of our business, receive leadership, supply chain, finance, and Six Sigma training, and develop a professional network for sharing ideas and best practices around manufacturing excellence.
Throughout the program, MLPs complete 3 rotations designed to provide a range of manufacturing experience while strengthening leadership skills.
Rotation disciplines include the following:
Responsibilities
Project Engineering - Lead a manufacturing process improvement project.

Project Engineering Participate in the management of a capital project.

Maintenance & Reliability Lead project work to improve maintenance and reliability.

Productivity Lead a six-sigma supply chain/operations project.

Sales & Operations Planning Work in conjunction with the sales, manufacturing, and supply chain departments to ensure the right product is made and delivered to our customer.

Production Supervision Lead a manufacturing team of hourly employees.

Environmental, Health & Safety Lead project work associated with EHS corporate and plant initiatives.

Strategic Sourcing Lead/participate in sourcing and project deliverables.

Columbia, MD (corporate headquarters) Required Qualifications
B.
S.
in an engineering discipline is required, preferably Chemical or Mechanical with a cumulative GPA of 3.
0 or higher.

Prior meaningful work assignments such as a co-op or summer internship, success in the classroom, and prior leadership experience.

Must be willing to relocate during the program approximately every 12 months and be willing to work at any Grace site or plant that you are assigned.
