Product ManagerRole Summary Owns and leads the transformation lifecycle including the scoping, planning, and task execution for a cross-functional end-to-end transformational assessment.
Further responsible for owning and delivering the product roadmap in conjunction with active backlog maintenance.
The Product Manager acts as an expert advisor for the assessment sponsors to define their vision and produce tangible plans allowing for the effective realization of the assessment objectives.
Expert-level artifacts including steering committee presentations, planning frameworks, and team policies will be established and subsequently governed throughout the assessment.
Daily and weekly activities include leading scrum stand-up meetings and team huddles, overseeing task execution, drafting status updates, and effective communications across a varied audience.
Acting in an advisory role to the GOE Lead Manager, establish standards and strategy along with leveraging complex problem-solving measures to ensure a seamless transition of solutions to business partners.
Further, accountabilities include managing the performance of team members, SME resources, and the quality of output presented to business line partners.
Able to direct and lead a fast-paced Agile quick environment.
Generally, works independently and seeks guidance in only the most complex situations.
Responsibilities:
Develop a consultative partnership with GOE Lead Manager and Business Sponsors to develop a vision statement and associated foundational documents including scope definition, success measures, product roadmap, reporting approach, agile sprint cadence, and overall governance.
Establish criteria needed for Subject Matter Experts along with requesting, screening, and ultimately selecting these respective resources.
Ongoing management of SME performance throughout the life of the engagement is a direct responsibility of this position.
Develop a detailed yet transparent product roadmap that aligns with the sponsor's vision and established timeline.
Identify and appropriately sequence tasks that will allow for timely and transparent execution by all team members.
When roadblocks arise, diplomatically provide expert analysis and fit-for-purpose action plans to mitigate any possible risks or delays.
Actively owns and manages product backlog to reach approved milestone dates while ensuring on-time delivery of assessment results.
Leads and directs team members throughout the planning and execution of Agile activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Acceptance Demos, and Retrospective Discussions.
Prepares for individual conversations, group update meetings, and working sessions by establishing clear agendas that are designed to produce meaningful output.
Facilitates all relevant discussions with tact and purpose.
Provides thoughtful direction while respecting opposing points of view and instilling confidence across meeting attendees.
Ensures that task execution and team administration are effectively addressed while leading high-frequency team scrum stand-up meetings.
Acts as an expert and an advisor to the Lead Manager to establish internal strategies and reach alignment across stakeholders and varying levels of leadership.
Upon reaching alignment, can tangibly articulate continuous improvement recommendations to business unit leaders.
Provides complex analysis and illustrates expertise in storyboarding skills for SLT presentations along with ad-hoc visuals to concisely market the effectiveness of the assessment's results and progression.
Is further able to establish and instill storyboarding best practices across the transformation office.
Determines where measurement gaps exist and implements measurement plans and designates ownership to fill those gaps.
Reviews operational data/metrics, analyzes and synthesizes the data, then compiles it into reports or presentations.
Engaging and directing business leaders; setting goals, managing expectations, and providing detailed plans (ownership, operational responsibility, management, continuity, knowledge, benefits realization) for business unit transition.
Responsible for building up and developing team members concerning Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and Product Ownership.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5
years of total relevant work experience Preferred:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Working knowledge of Project Management and Change Management Agile Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Executive presence and experience working with all levels of management within an organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
