SUPPLY CHAIN INFO SYSTEM ANALYST

Hybrid Role / Partial Remote and On-site POSITION
Summary:
Under general direction of the Supervisor for Supply Chain Informatics, the Supply Chain Information Systems Analyst will be responsible for implementation, enhancement and support of the Supply Chain Management Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) for LifeBridge Health.
The Analyst will possess a strong working knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, and various IT platforms as well as strong customer service and communication skills to provide ongoing support for end users.
Essential Functions:
Administrative:
Performs administrative duties as part of the IS support team.
Demonstrates ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and meet defined deadlines.
Continually improves technical competency by self initiated study and completing appropriate courses, classes and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills.
Communicates regularly with management regarding status of projects and outstanding issues.
Recommends and supports initiatives designed to enhance work processes and improve service levels.
Analysis:
Analyzes large data sets to help ensure a reliable and stable information systems environment.
Demonstrated advanced analytical skills using large data sets.
Partners with customers to analyze system performance and functionality to ensure data integrity.
Leads in the formulation and execution of test scripts/plans to include clearly documented outcomes.
Demonstrates an ability to interpret and advise on outcomes.
Customer Service:
Leads IS to provide all customers with ever-improving support for their use of technology.
Troubleshoots issues, with internal and external customers including multiple vendors and manages until resolution is achieved.
Provides ongoing support and training on information systems.
Communicates the status of issues to the customer, staff and leadership in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintains a productive relationship with vendor(s); is able to report an issue and manage until closed.
Documentation:
Provides clear and concise written communication of work.
Develops and maintains IS standard project management documents.
Provides manager documentation of accomplishments on a monthly basis.
Develops best practice standards and procedureTechnical:
Maintains and develops information systems.
Must be highly technical with a generalist background and in depth knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance and multiple IT platforms.
Demonstrated ability to prepare specifications to write, test, debug, document and maintain code.
Ability to apply patches/fixes as appropriate.
Recommends best platform and programming language/tool set for projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline Education Discipline:
Computer/Information Systems related 5-7 years of experience Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Big Data Communication Customer Service Debugging Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
