We are seeking a paralegal candidate that is bilingual in English/Spanish.
Possess exceptional organizational skills to directly support attorney and office manager.
We want someone who is motivated, responsible, computer literate, reliable with a good work ethic, strong communication and writing skills, friendly, and easy going.
We are willing to train motivated and enthusiastic candidates.
Bilingual in English/Spanish Required Your range of duties will include:
Editing/preparing legal documents/pleadings using MS-Office Maintaining attorney calendars Answering telephones Scan & upload mailings Client communication Client file management Coordinating meeting logistics Create monthly news letters/Constant Contact Light Bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience a plus) Excellent growth opportunities.
