PC Network Support Technical 2

Chipton-Ross is seeking a PC Network Technical Support 2 for a contract opportunity in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities:
o Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs PC desktops and workstations, printers, peripherals, and related PC software under guidance of IT staff, Security compliance and procedures and policies.
o Provides new installations, sanitizations, testing and special projects as needed.
o Provides support to users and troubleshoots/resolves problems.
o Instructs users in the use of personal computers and networks.
o Responsible for maintaining acceptable levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to established policies.
o Position requires excellent communication skills and patience with customerREQUIRED
Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent and 2 year's additional education and/or related experienceo Dell and HP Certificationso Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methodsPREFFERED:
o Strong oral and written communication skillso Additional certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.
)o Certification in related OS (Computing Environment - MS Windows)o Cross-platform experience in Linux a plusEDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
HOURS:
9/80 workweek.
100% On-Site.
No travel.
Limited OT.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
