Education:
oBachelor's Degree or associate degree in a related field oMust be a certified real estate appraiser in good standing o2
years of experience in the appraisal industry oExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills oStrong attention to detail and accuracy oExcellent verbal and written communication skills oProficiency with appraisal software and tools oAbility to work independently and as part of a team oValid driver's license and reliable transportation oWillingness to travel to different locations for property inspections oAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentKey
Responsibilities:
oInspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders oAnalyze and evaluate market trends and conditions to determine property values oProduce accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations oReview and analyze sales data to determine the appropriate value for a property oAttend and provide expert testimony in legal proceedings oMaintain current knowledge of real estate trends and industry regulations oDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders oParticipate in company training programs and stay up to date with industry best practices oWork collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality appraisals and client satisfactionWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
