Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Roofing, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, and Basic Utilities/Excavation.
Our superintendent works nights and weekends as needed.
Our average superintendent makes $100K with his OT.
Responsibilities:
The Construction Superintendent manages commercial interior and exterior renovation work.
Small project renovation experience a plus.
The Construction Superintendent / Estimator will be in charge of management of electrical, plumbing, and concrete throughout the project Client and Sub-Contractor coordination Permit tracking and closeout management Change Order Logs and Sub-contract Change Order tracking RFI and submitting and tracking Job Cost Reporting - Project Close-Out Prepare cost estimates based on information collected by others
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license A Superintendent should have fundamental knowledge of construction material cost and fundamental knowledge of Divisions:
Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Roofing, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, and Basic Utilities/Excavation Minimum 5 years in Commercial Service Management Industry Ability to be flexible to adjust to changing conditions and the needs of our customers Ability to Read Blueprints Pass a drug screening, background review and driver's license check Job Type:
