100% travel will be expected, and your schedule may require overnight work- having the ability to fly if necessary is a requirement of the position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Studies job specifications and floor plans to ensure timely start and finish, safety, quality of work and subcontractor performance for each phase of construction.
Ability to understand the scope of work, estimate the time involved, and take initiative with fundamental scheduling changes to minimize cost and time.
Strong customer service skills to interface with national retail customers.
Must be present on the job site as defined by program expectations.
Ensure blueprints and plans are followed precisely.
Interface with local permitting authorities to ensure compliance.
Provide daily photo and work completed reports to Powerhouse via web-based portal.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to pass all Powerhouse MVR criteria Willing to travel up to 80% across the U.
S.
as determined by the Project Manager.
Responsible for final hand off confirming all tasks are complete and correct.
SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Manages and motivates staff (including:
performance management and recognition duties).
Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in construction field, preferred retail/restaurant construction environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Driver's License COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications for reporting purposes.
