Our client is a successful, well established and well respected top industry General Contracting firm with annual revenues of $90 million.
Projects include all public work:
Schools, Libraries, Government buildings, Prisons, Airports and Colleges.
Experience needed:
Diverse building experience, private work experience is a plus.
Computer estimating software and experience 5
years of Ground up Commercial Building Estimating experience on multimillion dollar projects.
Projects range from $5 million up to $30 million Good communicator Representing the company in a positive and professional manner Team player Projects within 30 miles of Baltimore Interesting and challenging projects.
This is a long-term career opportunity.
Compensation includes up to $130,000
base salary (based on experience), performance bonus, medical coverage, relocation/temporary housing assistance, 401k match, paid vacation, gas card, disability insurance, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.
