Responsibilities:
Reception front desk, answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors, reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups, maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings.
Copy/mail room services, large print jobs, assisting attorney with trial binder prep, receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages USPS/FEDEX, arrange messenger services.
Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests.
Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, Strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.
