We are in process of revamping our Originations functionality and are seeking a Product Owner to help define, and own and deliver this initiative.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, customer focused and driven to produce high quality work.
This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do Develop and manage the backlog for one of the teams in Originations Lane Help manage the roadmap, and communicate it transparently across stakeholders Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution and continuous delivery of features Actively track and manage key aspects of product development including feasibility assessment, requirements grooming, process documentation, hypothesis validation and testing Actively engage and contribute to the Originations Lane culture Skills and experience you'll need:
3-5 years of experience as a product owner in a fast-paced technology-oriented lending company, with ownership from idea to execution.
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications across multiple channels like Branch, Digital, Central etc.
Strong sense for quality and user experience.
Experience with loan origination system or equivalent is a must.
Able to properly determine scope, key milestones, objectives, and dependencies of an initiative.
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Technical fluency to creatively explore possibilities and challenge constraints with engineering and design teams, with demonstrated ability to earn the respect of talented engineers and user experience designers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
