Supervision The Construction Sales Rep directly reports to area General Manager and Vice President Sales.
Job Duties Support the General Manager selling new Construction projects.
Respond to Construction RFP requests within assigned market Develop and maintain positive community relations/image through involvement in civic and trade organizations, business groups, and other key contacts.
Responsible for all new Construction prospects and retention of existing customers within the assigned market.
Report and submit monthly sales results Daily cold call, phone blocking, and territory management utilized within the sales process Research, prepare, assemble and deliver proposals for new prospective customers and existing customers within the assigned market.
Support and respond to all customer retention activities or concerns.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned or as needed Job Requirements Must be computer (MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook) and Smart-Phone proficient.
Must be able to walk moderate distances Must be able to get in and out of company vehicle at a high frequency.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 15 lbs.
