Come and knock on our door, we've been waiting for you! CJ Grant is actively hiring experienced, responsible, friendly sales agents to join our door-to-door sales team in promoting Community Solar, a renewable, green energy, solar savings program in Maryland.
The program provides solar savings without the need for solar panels!
Responsibilities:
Determine residential neighborhoods to target based on assigned territory.
Visit residential neighborhoods and conduct door-to-door sales.
Educate individuals on the importance of supporting renewable energy and its benefits.
Assist customers with the enrollment process.
Oversee and document the entire enrollment process.
Compensation:
Salary:
$80,000
Commission Structure.
Experienced Field Sales Agents can earn $130,000
per year based on sales goals.
Weekly compensation structure based on working 5 days per week.
Requirements:
18
years old.
Ability to pass a background check.
Minimum of 1 year customer service and sales experience, preferably door-to-door sales.
Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales.
Goal oriented, organized, outgoing, motivated, and positive thinker.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to drive your own vehicle within your assigned territory.
