NPME is looking to hire a Product Specialist/Resupply Supervisor.
The PS/Resupply Supervisor is responsible for assisting DME Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
This position is perfect for you, your excellent customer service skills and sales experience make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Essential Functions Be a team leader to a team of customer service representatives Managing a schedule that ensures these departments are fully staffed.
Communicate, Train, adhere to, and ensure the adherence of the company's core values and core focus to the PS/Resupply Team.
Maintaining a high-level understanding of insurance billing of supplies and equipment.
Make decisions based on the company's core values and core focus; including but not limited to hiring, coaching, terminating, and business decisions.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, reporting, and audits, etc.
Ensure all associates offer excellent customer service to every patient.
Ensure full understanding of all store information and processes including product information and billing Assist with the hiring, training, motivating, coaching, and developing customer service representatives Works with DME Operations Manager to create goals and evaluate performance issues, coaching opportunities, and annual evaluations for PS/Resupply Team.
This includes efficient and accurate order fulfillment and error resolution.
Ensures all orders are dispensed according to specifications and all quality standards are met.
Assists DME Operations Manager in taking corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
Ensures the PS/Resupply team is updated on industry, insurance and company regulations and processes, as well as abides by them always.
Train, Coach, and Audit Product Specialists and Resupply Teams on Items, Insurance, processes and errors.
Runs appropriate reports daily, weekly, and monthly Maintain and present a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward job and company Competencies Business Acumen.

Required Education and Experience High school diploma At least 2 years experience in healthcare Preferred Education and Experience Experience in Durable Medical Equipment Experience in Retail Environment At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory lead role Travel This position may require some travel for seminars, tradeshows, and training.
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office and retail environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Position also operates with merchandise displays and items available for purchase in inventory.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and type.
This position may be very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day.
