PBI is looking for a person wanting to enter the field of water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, BIO/HAZ cleanup, structural cleaning, and structural emergencies.
Experience can be limited or within a related field such as light construction, specialty cleaning etc.
Ideal candidate will live in the Baltimore area.
Appropriate tools of trade are provided.
Duties include:
Water Mitigation Mold Remediation Project Documentation Demolition Debris Removal Content and Carpet Cleaning Fire and Smoke Cleaning Bio/HAZ Clean Up Structural Cleaning Sewage Remediation General Repairs and Cleaning Education (minimum):
High School Diploma/GED Experience level (minimum) No experience necessary.
Experience in a related field such as light construction, specialty cleaning etc.

Other:
Candidate must be able to pass a respiratory fit test and pulmonary physical.
Clean DMV record and REALID drivers license, criminal background check and pre-employment and periodic drug test required.
