Summary:
Reporting to the Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHSA' ) Senior Director of Capital Budgeting and Accounting, this position supports Facilities Architecture
Planning (A+P) and Design & Construction (D&C) staff with procurement, contracting, project execution, management and related matters.
This position is expected to oversee the items listed above, for any and all projects overseen by JHHS A+P and D&C at the various locations comprising the Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Education:
Bachelor's degree and twelve (12) years of progressive experience in construction procurement or a similar industry field or an advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Construction, Business or related field acceptable to the Senior Director of Capital Budgeting & Accounting plus eight (8) years of progressive experience in the construction procurement or a similar industry field.

Experience:
Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in construction procurement or a similar industry field or an advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Construction, Business or related field acceptable to the Senior Director of Capital Budgeting & Accounting plus eight (8) years of progressive experience in the construction procurement or a similar industry field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
