Senior DevOps Engineer, Cloud EngineeringJob Description SummaryThe Senior Dev-Ops Engineer will accelerate the shipment of our products within our continuous delivery environment using modern infrastructure tools and techniques to enhance and improve our CI/CD, Automation and IAC practices across both lower and production environments.

This position will report to the Platform Engineering Manager.
ResponsibilitiesLead private/public (Azure/AWS) cloud application and infrastructure deployments for development, test, and production environmentsOwn, Maintain, innovate, and improve our continuous integration/continuous deployment and automation systemsImprove infrastructure reliability and implement emerging best practices.
Maintain and advance the capabilities of our CI/CD pipeline and serve as the resident expert in our CI/CD pipelineWork closely with our Product Development and QA teams in an Agile environmentQualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in technical discipline (Comp Sci, Engineering, Physics or Math) or a related discipline(4) year minimum experience building custom DevOps CI/CD automation frameworks or infrastructure that can extend across a portfolio of software products in a fast-paced private/public cloud environment using tools such as Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI, Bamboo, TeamCity etc.
(4) years minimum experience supporting developer (lower environments) and production infrastructure in a public cloud setting (Azure or AWS, GC)(4) year minimum experience with scripting/development languages such as python, go, ruby, powershell, bash etc.
(2) year minimum experience with modern IAC platforms such as Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation etc.
Day-in-day-out experience using cli linux (any major distro), bash shell programming and related tools (awk, sed etc.
) Solid hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet or Saltstack.
Experience with linux and some linux systems administrationExperience with containers, container orchestration technologies (K8, Rancher etc.
)Experience managing container-based microservice-based infrastructuresWillingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and establish best practicesWillingness and ability to multi-task and prioritize as neededWillingness and ability to document processesPhysical Demands:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
