CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONAL (PROJECT MANAGEMENT)
Responsibilities:
The Construction Professional will set up and maintain project office and records including the project atlas, submittal logs, RFI logs, close out documentation and assist with the day-to-day management of schedule activities on the project.
Additionally, the Construction Professional will process shop drawings and submittals, log and track all project documentation to include but not limited to shop drawings, RFIs, proposal requests and change orders.
In this role, the Construction Professional will identify and proactively manage field issues.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or completed apprenticeship program Demonstrated interest in a construction-related career CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONAL (FIELD OPERATIONS)
Responsibilities:
The Construction Professional will be responsible for coordinating work with onsite subcontractors, inspectors and building engineers.
Additionally, the Construction Professional will manage the project schedule and ensure that the project timeline is achieved while fully meeting all quality control and safety standards.
In this role, the Construction Professional will identify and proactively manage field issues.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or completed apprenticeship program Demonstrated interest in a construction-related career.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
