Summary:
Provides daily management and supervision of workflow activities in the Care Management Department.
Serves as the subject-matter expert for workflow processes.
Adheres to regulatory requirements and standards and consistently monitors staff compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge, equivalent to a Bachelors degree Bachelors degree in Nursing or Social Work Maryland Registered Nurse License or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (minimum) Certified Case Manager Certified Care Coordinator Additional Information:
