Senior Financial Analyst, Remote
Senior Financial Analyst- Remote We are partnering with a multi-site healthcare/education group looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team.
The position will be 100% remote.
The Sr Financial Analyst will be required to support operational reporting and analytical needs as we continue to grow our national footprint.
This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to recommend and implement strategies.
Manage operations financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes Support month end management reporting processes and deliverables Prepare annual budget, working with various functions Support monthly and weekly reporting and forecasting Develop and provide key metrics to all levels of the management team (eg throughput and production analytics, core/materials cost and quality reporting) Report and track capital expenditure program status and asset utilization metrics Create customer and supplier reporting and analytics Partner with accounting and operations to support integration and synergy reporting Lead various ad hoc reporting and analytics projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Economics, finance, accounting, or related field is preferred CPA and/or MBA a plus
Experience:
2-5 years of finance experience with background in financial analysis, preferably with manufacturing company Operational finance experience a plus with ability to work across multiple entities and/or functions Healthcare experience preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Data Warehouses.
Experience with Business Intelligence a plus Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong understanding of both financial and operational processes Ability to provide meaningful and accurate financial information Good analytical skills; ability to understand and interpret financial results Ability to work across multiple entities and / or functional areas Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into summaries and provide comments Quick learner, self-motivated, team player.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
