Sourcing Specialist Remote 6-12 Month Contract (Possibility of Extension) Rate Depending on Experience As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a program tasked with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our end client's hiring efforts.
You will work with our industry-leading Talent Acquisition Optimization group to source roles in Customer Service Engineering, Field Service Engineering, IT, and semiconductor technologies for our Fortune 500 IT client.
This role requires hard work, adaptability, and a creative approach; no day will be the same!Minimum Requirements1
years of experience in talent acquisition sourcingFundamental techncial sourcing expertise (booleans, active sourcing, passive sourcing, ATS experience)High volume staffing experience on tight deadlinesResponsibilitiesWork with team Recruiters and Recruiting Manager to determine resourcing needs, create job descriptions, set expectations, and create strategy for service delivery.
Perform recruiting activities to create and execute strategies to attract and maintain the interest of qualified candidates based on staffing needs.
Sourcing candidates using multiple channels.
Actively manage candidate pools including passive candidates.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
