Product Owner
We are seeking a dedicated product owner to join a major healthcare services organization on a mission to transform the way that Healthcare services are provided.
With more than 3.
5 million subscribers, this organization prides itself on providing a quality and equitable healthcare experience for its members.
The product owner will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process.
Other responsibilities include supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product(s).
You should also be able to lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization.
Must have experience required:
3-5 years of Previous product owner experience in a dynamic high-technology environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent work experience is requiredExtension IT and business experience in planning, technical design/development, implementation, and maintenance of systems; preferably across multiple hardware and software platformsAbility to understand future product needs and influence their prioritization with all stakeholders, sot that the scrum team can execute themAbility to make timely product decisions to ensure smooth flow of work into delivery teamsExperience working with agile delivery teamsA combination of the following experience is required:
Experience in Health insurance domain is keyProcess flow centric knowledge around health claims and benefits is a plusInformation System Product Management experience (which could include consulting) with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems is desirableDeep understanding and experience of web technologies, user experience modeling/evolution etc.
Understanding of mobile technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle.
