eber Shandwick is seeking a talented Senior Manager, Digital to join our team in Washington, DC. Powell Tate is the DC-based public affairs unit of the global Weber Shandwick network. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital who is passionate about all things digital and ready to bring that energy to our high-performance, collaborative team. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior and junior staff members across several teams to provide counsel and manage day-to-day work. This is a client-facing role, with additional responsibilities supporting new business projects. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, always-changing environment. Successful candidates typically have a solid digital marketing or integrated communications background and with a mix of experience across B2B and B2C campaigns. You must have exceptional project management skills and the desire to be involved in all aspects of the work we do, from helping to build digital strategy to executing flawlessly. On any given day, you could be working on content strategy, developing user journeys, liaising with the client on a paid campaign, and helping to launch a podcast. This candidate will need to be comfortable serving as a strategic generalist on a variety of digital platforms and tools - and when necessary and appropriate--become the specialist on them as well. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the development and implementation of fully integrated strategies for major campaigns, product launches and digital assets for the world's biggest brands with a mix of paid, owned and earned programs Implement and execute digital engagement campaigns for top-tier clients Conduct research for various deliverables, such as:
market landscape, persona, competitor, content, and target audiences Serve as a lead digital strategist for multiple clients and internal functions Assist in creating comprehensive project plans, Gantt charts, and workflow processes Brainstorm and pitch compelling ideas for performance campaigns and projects internally as well as externally to clients Inform the development of creative and editorial assets to resonate with priority audiences and ensure channels are being used in high-value ways Write content, program or campaign briefs and help develop project timelines Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously, while managing budgets and staffing around programs and campaigns Serve as a key client contact in the management of digital campaigns, providing both reliable project management and strategic counsel as needed Oversee and work with internal teams to on editorial planning, content development, paid media, monitoring/analytics, and ongoing social strategy Support new business development efforts REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5-8 years in digital communications and marketing positions Deep experience within cross-channel digital marketing strategies, working closing with cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) creative, media, planning, PR and analytics Strong understanding of digital analytics, measurement, and performance-driven insights Experience within B2B marketing (specifically in tech, healthcare, energy, finance, or IT) Background in demand generation, lead generation, sales enablement, and social media marketing Deep expertise in MarTech/digital platforms, including content formats, ad targeting and email capabilities, and marketing automation Keen interest in staying current with industry trends and updates that directly and indirectly affect our clients and our digital practice Strong experience with both large-scale and start-up business environments preferred Experience with executive visibility programs, particularly in a digital and social context Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team Resilient mindset, detail-oriented, deep curiosity, and a healthy sense of humor SKILLS Familiarity with a wide range of digital platforms, social media, community management and analytics tools including but not limited to:
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, social platforms' native analytics offerings, Google Analytics, Talkwalker, HootSuite, Quid, etc. Understanding of the enterprise MarTech stack for content management system (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing or email service provider (ESP) Excellent written skills, able to write long and short form digital/social content A clear communicator and persuasive presenter Ability to think strategically about the development of integrated digital programs Demonstrated success translating client needs into workable plans/projects Determined to deliver high-quality work, to build close client relationships, to execute effectively, and to be motivated by the work Demonstrated success managing teams and executing programs Strong organizational, time management and project management skills Ability and desire to quickly learn new systems and tools Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and endlessly curious
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PR, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
