We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family construction projects, able to prepare budget projections and monthly forecasting in collaboration with internal departments. Ideal candidate is familiar with project schedule creation and maintenance, ensuring project submittals and RFI's are processed and tracked as required to meet the project schedule. Experience reading and interpreting contract documents including drawings and specifications required.


Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Maintain project budget and monthly forecasting in collaboration with internal departments
  • Ensure project submittals and RFI's are processed and tracked as required to meet the project schedule
  • Coordinate project and issue specific meetings and calls
  • Read and interpret contract documents including drawings and specifications
  • Use Smartsheets to manage project tasks and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project success

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager
  • Experience in construction and multi-family projects
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Hardworking, team player, self-starter
  • Flexible and able to change directions quickly
  • Ability to multi-task
