This position is responsible for supervising the transit shuttle system's daily operations and personnel according to policies and procedures at a specific work location.
Essential Functions:
Supervises and trains personnel assigned to the account Oversees scheduling and assignments of drivers and dispatchers Responsible for verifying timecards and payroll Observe drivers assigned to routes and ensure proper routes are being followed Prepares reports and ensures data is entered into the system by dispatchers Meets with clients to ensure client needs are being met Carries out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the work site
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years of general work experience High School diploma, GED equivalent or comparable work experience preferred Incorporated in 1982 and having grown to well over 1,400 employees, Broadway Services, Inc.
