Job Description:
Customer Service Specialist Immediate Openings - We are in search of a Customer Service Professional to interface with customers and team members in the area of sales.
This position is not eligible for remote work.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a retail sales person, restaurant server, customer service representative or other profession requiring close communication with customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who was a restaurant server or someone who worked in retail.
Team members are asked to contact prospects and customers to solicit orders, assist with orders already received and address customer questions.
Additionally the customer service representative will create, maintain and process quotes, sales orders, acknowledgements and communication with customers using our ERP system.
Successful candidates can growth quickly to position of Product Manager and eventually Sales Representative.
Mercury Plastics manufactures packaging for candle manufacturing, cosmetics, medical tools, energy products and contract manufactured items.

Training costs are paid by Mercury Plastics.
