Job Description:
Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and director support related tasks and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible and able to uphold the mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items; Respond to questions and requests for information; Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate parties.
Handling basic office duties.
Requirements A high school diploma, GED, or HSED with some advance training or education in administrative functions required 1 or more years of experience in administrative roles required; customer service experience preferred Willingness to accommodate requests for support outside of regular business hours on occasion, with appropriate notice.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
