8K a year We are a construction company based in Baltimore.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable/Billing professional to add to our accounting department.
The responsibilities within this role include, but are not limited to:
Generating invoices and account statements Performing account reconciliations Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any issues Assisting in general financial management and analysis Within this Accounts Receivable role, the candidate will need to possess the following skills:
An ability to prioritize and manage expectations A strong attention to detail An ability to work independently The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other teammates and peers.
A mathematical background Accounts Receivable job qualifications and requirements A bachelor's degree is not required, but strongly encouraged.
Experience (5 years) can be used as a substitute for those without a degree.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
