Mechanical Engineer

Piper Health & Sciences is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join an architecture & engineering consulting team in the Baltimore, MD area. This role completes mechanical designs for new and existing facilities.



Responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineer include:


Develop and revise mechanical design drawings and specifications for various types of industries, including education, government, healthcare, and/or mission-critical facilities.


Perform accurate design calculations in regards to mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection.


Perform cost estimations/calculations associated with design plans.



Qualifications for the Mechanical Engineer include:


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar vertical is required.


3-5
years of experience working in the mechanical engineering, construction engineering, and/or architectural engineering industry.


Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is strongly preferred.



Compensation for the Mechanical Engineer includes:


Salary Range:
approximately $68,000 - $82,000 annually, commensurate with experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
