Shift Leaders set the tone for the shift and it's necessary that you set a superior leadership example.
You should be able to approach the shift with a big-picture perspective, handle customer and team interactions with grace and compassion, make smart decisions with a level head, and follow all policies and procedures.
You'll take ownership of all areas of the cafe and ensure that Ceremony standards of cleanliness and hospitality are met.
As a new hire, you:
Act as a key player in your cafes effort to provide amazing customer experiences Greet, welcome, and assist all customers upon entry and throughout their visit Prepare and serve filter coffee, tea, non-espresso based drinks, and food according to Ceremony guidelines Accurately perform cashiering duties including sales, returns, exchanges, and cash handling Efficiently perform restocking, tidying, and cleaning duties Maintain knowledge of new teas, seasonal items, and retail promotions Communicate important updates to Shift Leaders during shift changes As a Certified Tea Barista, you:
Are able to work independently and share the bar effectively with other staff members Prepare and serve tea drinks and food according to Cuples guidelines Help guide and support entry-level employees during their training phase As a Manager, you:
Perform keyholder responsibilities and follow alarm/security procedures Ensure responsible money handling and accuracy of in-house cash banks Complete end-of-day reports and register closing procedures Delegate, ensuring successful completion of daily and long-term checklists Assist with training new hires, including shadow shifts Assist with implementation of seasonal menu changes and other cafe updates Make decisions and solve problems while aiming to avoid wasting money or incurring unnecessary cost Identify additional areas of improvement in the cafe pertaining to cleanliness and hospitality and prioritize completion of those tasks Make 1-2 posts on social media per shift Engage with social media pages in brand voice As a Sales Associate, you:
Greet customers in a friendly manner Determine customer needs, and how to exceed their expectations.
Deliver exceptional customer service through customer engagement and quality product delivery.
Be knowledgeable of VNP products and services offered and properly promote them to customers.
Receive, sort and place mail, and merchandise in appropriate places.
Record all sales transactions completely and accurately in Square system Assist in merchandising the store, including:
stocking shelves with product, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of product, informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies.
Perform opening and closing duties including:
cleaning, locking store, sales report.
Participate in all areas of store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance Job Type:
