We have a position open for a full time administrative assistant who will primarily provide help with entering and closing client information and verification of insurance benefits.
We are currently looking for someone to work Monday through Friday from 9:
00am-5:
00pm at our Columbia office.
This is not a work from home position.
We are requiring that in office staff show proof of COVID vaccination.
Essential Duties:
Schedule Appointments Intake New Clients Take Payments Verify Insurance Benefits Correspond with Providers Filing Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be able to multitask Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent grammar and spelling Positive and Cheerful Customer Care This position is within walking distance of the Howard Community College Campus.
Compensation will start at $16.
00 per hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
