Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team on a freelance, on-call basis.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in changing locks on various properties and capable of taking high-quality photographs using an iPhone.
This position requires traveling to different properties within the region, often with just one or two days' notice.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lock Replacement:
Safely and efficiently change locks on various properties as directed.
Photography:
Capture high-quality photos of properties post-service using an iPhone.
Travel:
Be willing and able to travel to different locations within the specified region on short notice.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with occupants of properties when necessary, providing excellent customer service.
Flexibility:
Available on-call for assignments with a day or two's notice.
Requirements:
Own a set of basic tools suitable for changing locks and a current model iPhone capable of taking high-quality photos.
Possess handyman skills, with a preference for experience in lock-changing.
Have reliable transportation to travel to various properties within the region.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with property occupants if needed.
Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to hustle and take on jobs as they come for extra side cash.
