Role OverviewThe VP/Director of Human Resource will be a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team at Access.
The individual will be an influential change agent for the organization.
The individual will develop policies and enact procedures to lead and guide the Human Resources function.
This includes but is not limited to enhancing compensation and benefits strategies, professional competencies, development, and retention, employee relations, HR policy and compliance advancement, and liaising with senior leaders within Access ecosystem as well as senior leaders across external organizations.
The HR leader will drive key Human Resources best practices and provide strategic direction and expertise.
The individual will be expected to have a growth mentality and partner with members of the executive team to execute on the strategic vision.
While building and overseeing the Human Resources function, the HR leader will be responsible for leading, assessing, mentoring, and supporting team members to ensure operations are conducted timely and appropriately.

Key Responsibilities Be an active member of the senior team and ensure that team members are effectively managed, utilized, and resourced Assess the current HR structure to enhance and develop a best-in-class, high performing organization, capable of delivering impactful performance and delivering exceptional results Enhance and oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; DEI; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Develop compensation and benefits strategy by evaluating current offerings.
Determine actions required to measure the effectiveness of the programs and propose actions to enhance capabilities Engage, assess, and solidify culture by convening the senior team to enable the company in accomplishing short-term and long-term objectives Partner with leaders throughout the Access ecosystem to understand important talent objectives and build strong, enduring relationships Work with investment and operating professionals to document and utilize a competency framework to continue developing and advancing team members Enhance performance review capabilities to identify talent strengths and gaps for all Access team members.
Develop and design program to bridge and enhance aptitude and implement tools to achieve optimal results Formulate people strategies and implement technology and programs to strengthen the organization performance, culture, recruitment, engagement, and talent management Develop HR metrics and benchmarks to track company and employee performance Professional QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have the following attributes:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree is a plus 10
years of relevant experience in HR and talent management Ability to comfortably interact with senior management (internal & external) Ability to consult and influence leaders at all levels Experience in evolving culture and motivating team members to enable change Ability to prioritize and balance strategic needs with tactical execution.
Exceptional verbal and written skills Understanding of private equity and/or financial services organizations Ability to think beyond the scope of the HR function and demonstrate a broad business acumen Experience in a fast paced, growth organization Competency in Microsoft Office products and PowerPoint Personal Characteristics Low ego, consultative style with an ability to influence through use of data, analysis, and experience Organized and resourceful with an ability to get things done Hands on, energetic and collaborative team player Demonstrated ability and interest in working within a small, entrepreneurial team A self-starter with a close attention to detail and a high level of initiative Passion for learning about new industries, business models, and companies Constantly looking ahead; anticipating, developing, and guiding (proactively) Consistent and effective communicator Self-initiating but in an aligned manner with Access' strategy and culture Actively convenes stakeholders and excels with building internal and external alignment on ideas, actions, recommendations, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
