Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer with a desire to focus on soup to nuts cyber project management.
You'd completely own applied research and experimentation projects and ensure their success by doing what it takes with your team to succeed.

Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process; design and deliver solutions Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation Interact with the government counterparts regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts Oversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the systems engineering area of responsibility Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establish effective working relationships with other government agencies and mission partners Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers Work complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team Coordinate with external/internal stakeholders to ensure the mission is achieved, and utilize your technical expertise throughout the entire process to ensure everything is accomplished in a sound and secure manner Required Skills to be Considered:
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required for consideration Minimum 10 years of experience as a System Engineer Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline Active CISSP, CASP+CE, CSSLP certification (minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification) Desired Skills to be Considered:
Exposure to Cloud/AWS Demonstrated problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF) Able to build systems from the ground up - network architecture/systems engineering Location:

$113,100.
00 - $203,600.
