Compensation:
Starting at $90,000 per year with higher salary access based on experienceBonus:
In addition to the $10,000 sign-on bonus, there's also opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly!Relocation Assistance:

Job Duties:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programsDevelop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as neededProvide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for casesSupport staff in meeting productivity requirementsWrite performance evaluations for behavior techniciansAvailable to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent needProduces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sourcesAttends staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requestedMotivated to lead by exampleRequirements:
Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or relatedprogram, requiredActive BCBA Certification requiredActive LBA certification issued by the state of Maryland3
years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior AnalysisAt least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasksMust pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay forThe initial pay range is seventy-three thousand dollars to eighty-three thousand dollars, but ALP may be able to exceed our pay range based on experience and education.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
