Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Talent Management, this employee assesses the developmental needs of all RadNet employees and develops ways to enhance performance and generate opportunities for career growth through career development planning, interpersonal learning, leadership development, and mentoring.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
Manage career development programs and initiatives by assessing user needs, developing new or improving existing career development tools and processes,and conducting periodic evaluations of the program.
Design, determine, and deliver the best training for interpersonal/soft skills (managing conflict/change, all kinds of communication, etc.
) to employees of all levels.
Design and develop training, tools or programs to help improve leadership and management skills.
Equips managers with tools to facilitate colleague development and a repository for tools and resources.
Partner with HR and business to understand people/organization needs and translate them into robust implementation plans and solutions, with an emphasis on building diverse and quality talent pipeline and raise people capability bench strength.
Support HR leaders in the capability build and team development of HR function.
Maintains records of training and development initiatives.
Lead/support the continuous improvement process to streamline transactional talent and learning tasks to achieve efficiencies and optimize synergy.
Facilitate trainings and workshops as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet based applications such as web conferencing and the ability to quickly master new applications.
Proven ability to continually adapt and learn new procedures, systems, and software applications.
Hands-on program experiences in leadership development, interpersonal learning, mentoring, and career development.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs, training, tools, and resources.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
Experience in project management, program management, and change management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
Physical Demands This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking.
Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
The position requires the ability to travel, drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Pay Rate:
$75000 - $85000 / year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
