Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Informatica MDM solution to establish a centralized and accurate master data repository for party-related entities (e.

MDM Implementation Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy for Informatica MDM, tailored to the Party Model, aligning with business objectives and data management best practices.
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders, data governance teams, and business users to understand MDM requirements, data sources, data attributes, and data integration needs related to party entities.
Data Model Design:
Lead the design and development of the MDM data model for party-related entities, ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and adherence to data governance policies.
Informatica MDM Configuration:
Oversee the configuration and customization of the Informatica MDM platform, including entity types, relationships, business rules, match and merge strategies, and user interfaces.
Data Integration:
Coordinate the integration of data from various source systems into the Informatica MDM solution, implementing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation as necessary.
Data Quality Management:
Implement data quality rules and workflows within the MDM system to monitor, measure, and improve data quality across party entities.
Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor a team of developers and data engineers throughout the implementation process, providing technical expertise and support.
Performance Optimization:
Identify and address performance bottlenecks within the MDM system, optimizing data loading, matching, and retrieval processes.
Testing and Validation:
Oversee testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the MDM solution meets functional and performance requirements.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals for the MDM implementation.
Change Management:
Collaborate with change management teams to plan and execute the deployment of the MDM solution and provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
Education and Years of
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead in implementing Informatica MDM solutions, with a focus on the Party Model.
In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub, Data Director, and ActiveVOS, and their functionalities for party entities.
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices related to master data management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset to resolve complex technical challenges during implementation.
Informatica MDM certifications, such as Informatica MDM Developer Specialist or Informatica MDM Administrator Specialist, are advantageous.
Recommended Skills Acceptance Testing Analytical Business Planning Change Management Communication Data Integration Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
