Responsibilities:
? Assist HR team with US new hire onboarding process.
? Promote positive employee relations through survey management, employee recognition projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
? Assist in the research and development of new HR initiatives, policies, etc.
? Maintain employee documentation, maintain HR databases, process forms, and interface directly with employees who request information, or are new to the company ? Respond to email/phone/fax requests and questions; when appropriate, escalate issues to the appropriate department managers ? Maintain clear understanding of established company policies with the ability to direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
? Provide administrative support in all facets of the Human Resources functions.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
? Strong verbal & written communication skills and a customer service focus.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
? Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects.
? Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
? Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge required.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high-quality work.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
