Blue Rose is seeking a Business Analyst to support our work with a federal client in Annapolis Junction, MD.
This is a Hybrid role requiring you to spend approximately 40% of the time (2 days per week) onsite and is open to U.
S.
Citizens ONLY.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
In this role you will:
Operate on a Scaled Agile Program supporting multiple scrum teamsAssist in the process of documenting, analyzing, tracing, and prioritizing requirements from business and technology stakeholdersSupport Product Owner and Product Manager in daily/weekly ceremonies and in providing clarification and understanding of requirements to scrum teamsCommunicate changes to impacted partiesREQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
1-2 years' experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)1-2 years' experience in Jira Operations3-5 years' experience in Business Requirements Analysis3-5 years' experience in Agile ALM Tools3 years' minimum experience on IT development contract3 years' experience in a business analyst or requirements analyst role2
years' experience with facilitating communication/collaboration with client and development team staff through in-person and virtual settingsExperience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (such as Rational Team Concert (RTC) or JIRA)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
