We have more than 300 practice locations across Maryland and the Washington, D.
C.
, region, including 10 hospitals, multispecialty centers and home care.
We are looking for a physician assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery team at our MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center location in Baltimore, MD.
MedStar Franklin Square's recently constructed orthopedic and sports medicine center features 20 exam rooms and two imaging suites.
It shares space with physical therapy for convenient, seamless care.
Patients can now see all of MedStar Franklin's orthopedic specialists in one central location.
This provider would be spending half of their time in the OR and the other half in the clinic at Franklin Square.
The schedule would be Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week depending on clinic/OR time.
No call, weekends, or holidays.
Shifts typically start at 6:
30am/7am and end around 3pm.
The ideal candidate will have ortho experience and/or be comfortable in the OR setting.

Qualifications:
Education/Training:
Graduate from an accredited physician assistant program.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have ortho experience and/or be comfortable in the OR setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills preferred.
