Manager Marketing Analytics & Operations
Manager, Marketing Analytics & Operations:
Coordinate collection, tracking and analysis of marketing lead data.
Liaise with outside vendors who set up toll-free numbers, and with digital and broadcast media managers to monitor results of toll-free numbers assigned to marketing campaigns.
Assist franchisees in their marketing efforts, focusing on lead-conversion (converting leads into customers).
Coordinate with franchisees and internal IT to ensure resolution of any technical problems affecting lead-processing and conversion.
Use Business Intelligence (Tableau, Cognos) and statistical analysis (SPSS) tools.
Monitor budget for transfer and processing of leads.
Acquire and analyze data to measure program performance and ROI.
Perform regular audits to ensure integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
Provide reports, deliver presentations on lead-transfer performance.
Requires Masters degree in Business, Marketing or related
2 years relevant experience, or Bachelors +5 years.
Experience must include business-to-consumer analytics.
