Job Description:
Provides engineering leadership and oversight on design, engineering and development of information technology solutions. Responsible for the most complex, multi-site, multi domain activities and integration. Manages the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations. Partners with IT leadership on engineering related issues and strategies.
Overview:
Design, deploy and support enterprise UCCE deployment Support of UCCE deployment and Contact Center Services team and partners by: Creating and managing change control tickets Troubleshooting UCCE and related issues Use network analysis and trunk utilization data to optimize Contact Center operations
General
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least four, typically six or more years experience in all phases of infrastructure network management or its equivalent in education and work experience 4
years experience working in large enterprise contact center environments 3
years experience and good working knowledge of the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (CUCCE) environment 3
years experience working with VoIP and TDM Experience working on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Must have strong skills with the basic PC software utilized to perform their daily duties, ie Word, Excel, Visio, etc. Must have good written and verbal skills
Required Technical Skills:
2 years work experience with Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) 3 years work experience with Cisco Voice Gateways Voice XML Browser TDM/IP GW Voice configuration 2 years work experience with Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP) 3 years work experience with SIP and SIP supporting protocols (UDP, TCP, RTP, SDP) Understanding and troubleshooting experience on UCCE related call flows Experience implementing and troubleshooting VoIP environments and related protocols including but not limited to: SIP, H.323, UDP, TCP, TLS, SCCP, MRCP and RTP Thorough understanding SIP and supporting protocols and RFCs Experience with load testing of SIP infrastructure Lead discovery meetings and participate in detailed design whiteboard sessions Interface with business and technical teams to define design requirements and derive solutions that meet requirements Ability to document configurations, designs and call flows with Microsoft Visio Good working knowledge of Telnet access programs such as Putty and SecureCRT Knowledge of Cisco Unified ICM Scripting

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
