Responsibilities Accountable for sourcing highly qualified candidates in a timely manager for assigned requisitions. Represent the Sourcing team to recruiters and hiring managers. Establish new sources, develop long-term relationships with channel partners, research potential new vendor relationships, and manage existing vendor relationships. Monitor productivity of various sourcing channels leveraging Operations Reporting resources when appropriate. Manage employee referrals with assistance from hub sourcers. Adhere to the RPO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws, to update candidate step/status and to ensure accurate candidate data is captured and maintained in ATS or CRM. Demonstrate good judgment to determine when unique situations require exceptions to SOPs. Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements as outlined in the statement of work from the client. Ensure SLAs are understood and met according to the outlined SLAs in the - Plan for and Identify Open Positions Ensure understanding of the position requirements and manager expectations via Recruiter or intake session including determining use of Internet, referral, campus, and agency channels. Determine sourcing strategy and use of Internet, referral, campus, and agency channels. Interface with Hub Sourcing colleagues to communicate strategy and coordinate efforts. Source and Attract Candidates Post open positions on internal and external sources. Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels using traditional and advanced communication tools (eg social media, text campaigns, telephone networking, user groups, and other in-person networking activities) to identify and obtain information about potential candidates. Qualify all candidates (including direct applications and internal candidates) to determine if candidate should be considered by Recruiter for position. Monitor and report quality and quantity of resumes on consistent basis. Partner with agencies to coordinate and conduct candidate pre-qualification/assessment and arrange for short listed candidates to continue through recruitment process. May attend interview feedback sessions with recruiter to assess go-forward sourcing strategy for position. Establish and maintain a network of top talent for key roles. Troubleshoot and problem-solve concerns and issues for the Sourcing team. Conduct training of other Sourcing colleagues on new sourcing tools/products/processes. Supervise or coach sourcing specialist, when appropriate. Assist or lead projects, as necessary, to enhance the RPO program. SKILLS:
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of work experience in recruitment activities or equivalent related education. Excellent written and oral communication skills with colleagues, candidates, and vendors. Knowledge of recruiting practices, candidate process management, and skills assessment techniques. Aptitude for or knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks; blogging and tweeting experience preferred. Able to adapt to changing business priorities and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Highly developed problem-solving skills. Willing to experiment with new sourcing technologies. Keen attention to detail. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to recognize and leverage cultural differences. Experience in performing active candidate development (ie direct sourcing calls) for niche requirements; engaging passive candidates via cold-calling or other sales techniques. Strong results orientation, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Prior experience in management of channel partners. Supervisory or peer coaching skills preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
