We have a robust logistics web platform from which we add HTML5 hybrid Android and iOS mobile modules. We are seeking a talented Perl web developer who is experienced with modern technologies to assist in developing new functions and upgrading existing modules.
Required Skills
- Senior-level OO Perl web development
- Modern JavaScript (JS)
- Advanced SQL; prefer Postgres
- Revision control (GitHub preferred)
- REST, SOAP, JSON
- HTML and HTML5
- Basic system administration (Linux)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Enthusiasm, determination and initiative
Desired Skills
- MVC frameworks like Dancer or Mojo
- JavaScript such as Angular, CoffeeScript, Bootstrap
- Native or Hybrid mobile (HTML5, Phonegap)
- Mapping integration and PostGIS
- Experience in the logistics industry or Business Process Management (BPM) systems such as Activiti, JBPM
- Exposure or experience with Scala and JavaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
