Provides psychosocial health assessments, behavioral interventions, and discharge planning as required to patients attending the Partial Hospital Program and on the inpatient med-psych unit. Exciting full-time position available for a creative, antonymous LCSW-C for case manager/therapist duties in our outpatient Partial Day Treatment Program.
Requirements:Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledgein more than one discipline; Educational backgroundinSocial Work;Less than one year experience; Experience in providing group, individual and family therapy required. Experience in working with the elderly population Skills;Synquest Program;Fax Machine;Copier;LCSW-C;LCSW;LGSW. Knowledge of community resources a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
