Pontoon Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter to support one of our premier Financial Services Clients. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 5 years of Recruiting experience to support one of our Top-Tier Financial clients in midtown Manhattan.
In this role:
Serve as a Corporate Recruiter for the our client's Ship Yard in Jacksonville, Florida.
Recruiter will work with the recruiting team and various business leaders.
Recruiting for tradesman, (welders, pipefitters, eletricians) production and professional employees for a shipyard.
Building lasting relationships with Jacksonville and Mayport communities. This includes the trades schools, employment offices and any other avenues where qualified candidates can be found.
A successful candidate will:
Cultivate candidates for one of Pontoon Solutions largest clients and one of the worlds largest financial services companies
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
Focus on Recruiting for all levels of Financial Services Professionals within Financial Services
Build and cultivate relationships across all levels and business areas
Assure compliance with legal requirements
Understand how to recruit both active and passive candidates
Ability to handle high volume work load
Offer creative solutions to recruiting obstacles and process change
Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare and ideal candidate slate within and appropriate and consistent timeline
Position Requirements
Performance requirements:
Ability to excel in a fast paced and extremely professional environment
Excellent selection, negotiation and communication skills
Strong interest in financial markets
Ability to interface with high level executives
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential processes and documents
Strong networking and referral building skills
Knowledge of industry standards, practices and procedures
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and team building skills
Experience with a variety of recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
Capacity to multi-task timely
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience:
4
years of Corporate Recruiting experience in a fast paced environment required, preferably in the Financial Services industry
Prefer a combination of agency and corporate experience
Experience leading a recruiting or sourcing team highly preferred, but not required
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required
