We currently have a great opportunity for an HR Administrator with one of our clients. Our Client is a Global Publicly traded multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 Consumer Products company.

Due to continued growth within its Global Human Resources & Talent Acquisition division, our client is seeking an HR Administrator. Our client is a Global Telecommunications and Infrastructure Services firm with clients and offices all over the world.

Primary responsibilities will include but not limited supporting company-wide functional areas of HR with the duties and responsibilities outlined below. Primary focus is on recruiting, employee relations, and training. This Full-Time Exempt position reports directly to the HR Director:
Administers various corporate HR programs, policies, and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development, and interpretation of personnel policies and procedures; maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Recommends new approaches, policies, procedures and programs to effect continual improvement of Human Resource Development (HRD) to further streamline processes for efficiency of department and services performed. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals
Monitors performance management program and conducts supervisory training to ensure compliance to program requirements; administers compensation program
Maintains affirmative action program and coordinates annual update/analyses with vendor; files government reports (EEOC and DOL); maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEOC and DOL regulations.
Keeps abreast of legislative changes and maintains compliance with federal and state employment law, especially new EEOC and DOL regulations
Responsible for Talent Acquisition/Management, which includes maintaining/updating of all HR systems to include ADP HR Benefits. Manages ADP E-Time; E-Verify; on-line recognition program; entering and setting up new hires, transfers, compensation adjustments, unemployment claims
Conducts/supports recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees.
Supports contract staffing requirements, to include preparation of position descriptions, development of criteria and required skills, knowledge and abilities and reviews/screens applicants and conduct interviews
Supports and mediates employee issues/complaints, to include guiding/advising supervisors on progressive discipline policy; responds to employee relation issues, such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints and conducts investigations in concert with HR Director
Desired Skills and Experience
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR bodies of knowledge, to include Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Risk Management
Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; proficient at managing several processes concurrently; and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrates practical application and exercise of judgment with respect to HR policies, processes, employment law and government compliance regulations (i.e. FMLA, EEOC, DOL, HIPAA, COBRA)
Experience working with HR systems to include ADP HR Benefits. Manages ADP E-Time; E-Verify
A bachelor's degree and five (5) years of progressive and relevant HR experience while demonstrating a broad and in-depth knowledge base of several HR bodies of knowledge, to include Workforce Planning and Employment, HRD, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Risk Management
Seven (7) years of progressive experience encompassing several HR bodies of knowledge
PHR or SPHR certification REQUIREDEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
